The problem
What was the commercial or operational problem?
Institutional HR runs on rules: recruitment procedures, leave entitlements, contract terms, appraisal cycles. When those rules live in spreadsheets and old applications, errors are common and nobody can show how a decision was reached.
What we changed
What did we change?
We built a complete HR platform from the person record outwards: applicant, employee, contracts, leave, timesheets, appraisals, documents and reports, with a full audit trail.
The role of technology
What role did technology play?
A leave-policy engine handles accrual, experience bonuses, carry-over limits and approvals. Recruitment runs through an enforced state machine with weighted committee scoring. A governed AI layer, able to use several model providers, writes committee-facing summaries of applicants from structured data.
The process created
What operational process was created?
- 01Vacancy and advertisement
- 02Applications and committee scoring
- 03Accepted applicant becomes an employee
- 04Contracts with expiry alerts
- 05Leave, timesheets and appraisals
- 06Reports and payroll-ready exports
The outcome
What measurable outcome resulted?
A working reference platform, demonstrated on dummy data, that shows how we design institutional software and where AI belongs in it.
What this is
A reference build, not a confidential client deployment.
