About

Experienced engineers. Practical builders.

Inovativi combines experienced software engineering with hands-on product work. We support client projects and develop our own ventures, with a named team and clear responsibilities.

01Founder

Shkelqim Veselaj

Founder & CEO

Shkelqim has spent three decades building technology and operational systems across public administration, enterprise software and international consulting. His work covers tax administration, public finance, parliamentary digitalisation and enterprise integration in the German-speaking market.

Today he works with companies on software engineering, AI integration and technical leadership, and applies the same experience to the businesses Inovativi builds and operates.

He has also spent more than a decade on hands-on prototyping with 3D printing, moulding, CNC and robotics. It is one reason Inovativi's businesses can move from the screen into physical production.

04Story

Engineering experience. Entrepreneurial focus.

Inovativi was founded in Prishtina in 2007. For most of its history the company did what its founder had done since 1995: design and build information systems for institutions and enterprises. Tax administration, public finance, parliamentary systems, integration across legacy applications. Work where mistakes are expensive and systems have to run for decades.

Client projects and our own ventures both draw on that experience. We agree responsibilities, scope and availability for each client engagement.

Our operating base is Prishtina, Kosovo. It brings engineering, production and commercial work close together, in the same time zone as Berlin, Vienna and Zurich. We build each venture around the customers and markets it serves.
