Technology
Technology is our operating leverage.
We use technology where it changes the economics of a business: what it costs to serve a customer, how fast an order moves, how much a small team can handle. Not as decoration, and not as the product by default.
01Purpose
What technology is for.
- 01Reduce operating cost
- 02Increase speed
- 03Improve customer service
- 04Automate repetitive work
- 05Coordinate people
- 06Capture what the organisation knows
- 07Connect systems
- 08Support decisions
02Capabilities
Five areas, one purpose.
Each area is judged by the business result it supports.
01
AI and agents
Language models, retrieval over company knowledge, tool use and agent workflows with controlled execution: permissions, approvals and a record of every action.
- LLMs
- Retrieval
- Tool use
- Agents
- Evaluation
Business result
Faster intake, drafting and decisions, with people approving what matters.
02
Software systems
Modern web, backend and mobile applications on an architecture that will still make sense in five years.
- Web
- Backend
- Mobile
- Enterprise architecture
Business result
Products customers can use and operations teams can rely on.
03
Integration
APIs, existing enterprise systems, communication channels and data sources, connected so that information is entered once.
- APIs
- ERP and CRM
- Messaging channels
- Legacy systems
Business result
Fewer hand-offs, fewer errors, no retyping between systems.
04
Automation
Workflows with human-in-the-loop steps, approvals, orchestration and an audit trail, so automation can be trusted with real work.
- Human in the loop
- Approvals
- Orchestration
- Audit trail
Business result
Systems handle the repetitive work. People handle the exceptions.
05
Data
Operational data captured where the work happens, turned into analytics and reporting that people use to run the business.
- Operational data
- Analytics
- Business intelligence
Business result
Decisions based on what happened, not on what was remembered.
03Operanto
Infrastructure that comes from running businesses.
As we build businesses, the same operational problems keep appearing: conversations, customer identity, tasks, CRM, approvals, AI actions, communication channels and auditability.
Operanto is our evolving operational layer for solving those problems once and reusing the capability across businesses. It works alongside existing systems rather than replacing them. AI may classify, extract and propose; people stay responsible for consequential actions.
What we build for ourselves can also be useful to partners and enterprise customers. Where it is, we make it available.
Operanto is in a controlled pilot. WhatsApp Cloud is implemented for controlled activation; other channels are integration targets, not shipped integrations. Outbound automation is off by default.
What it handles
- Customer conversations across channels
- Customer and channel identity
- CRM hand-offs and queues
- Tasks and approvals
- AI-assisted workflows with human sign-off
- Logged, auditable actions
04Principles
How we deploy AI.
01
People approve consequential actions
AI proposes, classifies and drafts. Anything that commits money, speaks for someone or changes an important record goes through a person.
02
Every action leaves a record
Who asked, what the system did, which rule allowed it and what happened. Auditability is designed in, not added later.
03
No dependence on one model provider
Workflows are built so the underlying model can change without rebuilding the business around it.
04
Data stays where it belongs
For client systems we build inside the client's environment and under its policies. NDA, DPA and SCC support is available.
05
Measured against the business
We judge a system by what it changes in the operation: time per order, cost per case, errors caught. Not by how impressive the demo looks.
05Enterprise
Selected enterprise capabilities.
We can build sophisticated systems because we have spent decades doing exactly that.
- Enterprise architecture
- Systems integration
- AI and agentic workflows
- Process automation
- Data platforms
- Knowledge and retrieval (RAG) systems
- CRM and operational systems
- Secure backend systems
- Public-sector platforms
- Observability and AI-assisted operations
These capabilities come from years of difficult projects in public administration, finance and enterprise integration. Today we use them first in our own businesses, and selectively for partners and enterprise customers.
