Operanto is the operational technology layer we are developing to support AI-assisted businesses and workflows. It is infrastructure first: used in our own operations, and available to partners where it helps.
Pilot. Operanto runs in a controlled pilot. WhatsApp Cloud is implemented for controlled activation. Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, Viber, SMS and email are integration targets, not shipped integrations. Voice is a capability under validation.
Wider use across our own businesses, then with selected partners.
Every business we build needs the same operational backbone: conversations with customers across channels, knowing who the customer is, tasks, CRM, approvals, AI actions and a record of what happened. Building it again for each business would be slow and inconsistent.
Operanto is built once and reused across our businesses. Technology developed for our own operations can also be offered to partners and enterprise customers who need the same capability.
Messages are stored first and processed afterwards, so nothing is lost. AI may classify, extract and propose next steps. Actions are idempotent and logged. The AI provider can change without rebuilding the workflows.
People remain responsible for consequential outbound actions. Outbound automation is off by default, and Operanto does not send autonomous customer replies or run cold outreach.
