Owned business
Design-led press-on nails, handmade in Kosovo and fitted to each customer's hands, sold directly to consumers in Europe.
Nagelista is the clearest example of how we build: a physical product, digital customer acquisition, customer automation and European fulfilment, run as one operation.

Wider European reach, with Germany, Austria and Switzerland first, and more automation in intake and customer communication.
Press-on nails are an alternative to salon visits, but most are sold in standard sizes that fit few hands well. A personalised set needs the right design and a fit that actually fits, and then production, cross-border shipping and aftercare for every single order. That is an operations problem as much as a product problem.
Customers choose a design or send their own inspiration, upload reference photos of their hands and receive a handmade ten-piece set sized to their nails. Sets are made in Kosovo and shipped to customers in the EU, with VAT settled at checkout for EU deliveries. Each customer's fit is kept, so the second order is simpler than the first.
Software and AI handle the customer-facing guidance, photo-assisted fit intake, style suggestions and the order flow. One backend connects the storefront to production, quality control, export logistics and customer history, so nothing is retyped between steps.
A person verifies every fit. Sizing is photo-assisted, never automatic, and no guaranteed fit is claimed. Every set is made by hand and checked before it ships.
