Companies that bid for public contracts in Kosovo spend hours reading tender notices to find the few that fit, and still miss deadlines. The information is public, but it is scattered, inconsistent and slow to act on.

We built a product that collects tender notices, normalises them and ranks each opportunity against what a company actually does. The team sees a shortlist instead of a feed.

What role did technology play?
Ingestion, normalisation and ranking are deterministic, so every score can be explained. AI writes summaries and explanations, checks readiness against the requirements and prepares action packs for the bid team.
