Ventures

Businesses built on specialized workflows.

Inovativi develops and operates its own technology-enabled ventures. Each combines product design, software, AI, operations, fulfilment, production, customer experience and go-to-market into a complete business — and each is labelled by its real stage, not its ambition.

Selected ventures

What each business does, and where software and AI act

The strongest examples of the strategy. Experiments and prototypes that do not yet carry the thesis stay in the Work section.

01Stage: Live internal venture · Built and operated by Inovativi

Nagelista

  • AI-Assisted Commerce
  • Digital-to-Physical Production
  • Workflow Automation

Photo-assisted fit intake, human-verified sizing and AI-assisted style guidance feed structured orders into handcrafted production, quality control and IOSS/VAT-aware export logistics on one connected backend.

The problem
Personalized press-on nails need the right design and a fit that actually fits, then production, cross-border shipping and aftercare for every single order.
The workflow
  1. Discovery
  2. sizing and advice
  3. purchase
  4. fulfilment
  5. customer service
  6. reorder
Where software and AI act
Software and AI support personalized customer interaction, photo-assisted fit intake and commerce operations. A person verifies every fit; one backend keeps production, IOSS/VAT-aware shipping and customer memory connected.
02Stage: Internal venture · Pilot preparation

Denaria

  • AI-Assisted Commerce
  • Digital-to-Physical Production
  • Computer Vision

A customer photo or written brief becomes an ancient-inspired 925 silver pendant or ring through AI-assisted preview generation, human sculpting, 3D preparation, lost-wax casting and finishing, with human review before every physical step.

The problem
Turning a personal image or idea into a wearable silver piece needs more than an AI image: design, craftsmanship, casting and finishing have to happen for real.
The workflow
  1. Customer image or idea
  2. AI interpretation
  3. structured design
  4. digital fabrication
  5. artisan refinement
  6. physical production
  7. ecommerce
  8. fulfilment
Where software and AI act
AI interprets the input and generates previews; people approve and sculpt. 3D preparation, moulding and lost-wax casting connect the digital design to physical manufacturing and craftsmanship.
03Stage: Concept under validation

Matheu.ai

  • AI-Assisted Commerce
  • Workflow Automation

State an objective — “the best M1/M2 MacBook with at least 16 GB RAM for up to €900” — and let an agent search multiple sources, normalize and rank offers, and help you decide and transact.

The problem
Buying a specific item well means searching many sources, comparing inconsistent listings and arranging logistics — work most people do badly or skip.
The workflow
  1. Objective
  2. multi-source search
  3. normalize offers
  4. compare
  5. rank
  6. assist decision
  7. facilitate transaction
  8. arrange pickup or delivery where applicable
Where software and AI act
AI interprets the objective and reasons over listings; deterministic rules normalize and rank; the user decides and transacts. A strategic direction under validation, not a live product.
04Stage: Internal initiative · Preparing for controlled pilot

Klarwerk

  • AI-Assisted Commerce
  • Computer Vision
  • Workflow Automation

A homeowner photo with an A4 reference becomes a preliminary configuration and deterministic price indication, reviewed by a salesperson and confirmed by a professional on-site survey before production.

The problem
Replacement windows and doors are sold on incomplete information: customers cannot measure, and specialists spend hours before a first quotation exists.
The workflow
  1. Photo
  2. measurement assistance
  3. configuration
  4. quotation
  5. installer and customer workflow
  6. completed renovation
Where software and AI act
Computer vision estimates dimensions from a photo with a reference; deterministic rules price a configuration; salespeople review and a professional survey confirms before production and installation.

Framelo

  • AI-Assisted Commerce
  • Computer Vision

An AI-assisted eyewear recommendation concept that uses face photos, style preferences, and frame metadata to recommend suitable eyewear directions. The focus is on style-fit guidance, catalog intelligence, and human-reviewed recommendations.

The problem
Choosing eyewear online means guessing how a frame will look and fit on your own face.
The workflow
  1. Face photo
  2. style and fit guidance
  3. visual preview
  4. shortlist
  5. purchase
Where software and AI act
AI reads the photo and preferences to recommend frame directions; catalogue rules keep suggestions to real products; a person reviews recommendations before they are shown.

Interpretative commerce and digital-to-physical workflows

From natural customer input to a producible, reviewable outcome.

Across Nagelista, Denaria, Klarwerk and Framelo, the recurring pattern is the same: customers begin with the input they naturally have — a photo, inspiration, preference or request. AI helps interpret that input; deterministic rules and product data structure it; people review uncertain or consequential steps; and the workflow continues into quotation, production, fulfilment or service.

Product · quotation · production specification · service workflow

  6. 6

Digital to physical

Connecting digital systems to physical production

In selected ventures, Inovativi connects customer intake, AI-assisted configuration, structured production data, human craft, fulfilment and customer operations. This work is informed by more than a decade of hands-on experimentation with 3D printing, moulding, CNC and robotics.

Inovativi is an engineering company, not a mass manufacturer: production in these ventures is made-to-order, human-crafted and quality-reviewed.

Why we operate ventures

Our ventures are where the operating model is proven first

Running our own businesses keeps the engineering honest. Sizing, quoting, casting, shipping and customer service cannot be faked in a demo; they either work or they do not. What we learn there — where AI helps, where a person must decide, which data actually improves the next job — is the same method we apply when we build systems for clients.

Operating model

  1. 1

    AI capability

    Models, retrieval, vision and reasoning

  2. 2

    Specialized workflow

Domain rules, systems, approvals and hand-offs

  3. 3

    Human or physical execution

    Judgment, craft, production and service

  4. 4

    Operational data

Every outcome captured as structured knowledge

  5. 5

    Improved workflow

Better decisions, quotations, service and economics

…and the improved workflow feeds the next cycle.

Building a business of your own?

We apply the same operating model to client work: one specialized workflow, software where it should act, AI where it adds intelligence, people where judgment creates value.
