Problem
Personalized physical products need a workflow that captures customer intent (photos, preferences, sizing), turns it into a precise order, and keeps production, fulfilment, and customer communication aligned — without manual coordination on every order.

We built and operate a live e-commerce workflow where customer photos and preferences feed an AI-assisted analysis step, structured orders flow into production and logistics, and customer communication, CRM, and operational automation run on the same backend.
