Denaria — AI-Assisted Personalized Silver Jewellery
An internal venture exploring how a customer photo or written concept can become an ancient-inspired, made-to-order 925 silver pendant or ring through a controlled combination of AI-assisted preview generation, human sculpting, 3D preparation, casting and finishing.
Context
Personalized physical products require more than image generation. The customer's idea must be translated into a reviewable design, refined into suitable relief geometry, checked by people who understand the production process, and then carried through prototyping, casting, finishing, mounting and fulfilment.
Problem
Most AI personalization experiences end with an image. Denaria explores the harder workflow: turning a customer's visual or written input into a physical object that can actually be produced, reviewed, quality-controlled and delivered.
What was built / modernized
Denaria combines AI-assisted preview generation with human sculpting and a controlled production hand-off. A customer photo or written brief becomes an ancient-style portrait or concept preview; the customer reviews and approves it; a human sculptor refines the design into relief geometry; the piece is prepared for 3D production, prototyped and moulded, cast in 925 silver using the lost-wax method, finished and mounted in a plain bezel, then quality-reviewed and fulfilled. Every step is a structured order and approval state.

An abstract workflow view: AI helps interpret the customer's input, people refine and approve, and the piece moves through physical production under structured order states.
Workflow highlights
- Photo/text-to-product intake
- AI-assisted concept visualization
- Human-controlled design refinement
- Digital-to-physical production hand-off
- 3D printing, moulding and casting workflow
- Structured order and approval states
- Made-to-order production coordination
- Kosovo production for European-market validation
Security, auditability & governance
- AI does not autonomously create or approve final production geometry
- Human review is required before prototyping, casting and finishing
- Order and approval states are explicit and reviewable
- The initial pilot uses plain bezel mounts; a possible future “Prizren Edition” filigree option is a craft direction, not an available product
What this demonstrates
- Photo/text-to-product intake that ends in a producible object, not only an image
- AI-assisted concept visualization with human-controlled design refinement
- A documented digital-to-physical hand-off across 3D printing, moulding, casting and finishing
- Structured order and approval states for made-to-order production coordination
- Kosovo production set up for European-market validation

Status & transparency
Denaria is an internal Inovativi venture preparing for a controlled market pilot. It must not be presented as a scaled production business or established customer deployment. AI supports concept interpretation and preview generation; it does not autonomously create or approve final production geometry. Human review remains necessary before prototyping, casting and finishing. The initial pilot uses plain bezel mounts; a possible future “Prizren Edition” filigree option is a craft direction under consideration, not an available product. No store link is published.
