Challenge
Procurement teams face large volumes of opportunities with tight deadlines. Manual review is slow and inconsistent, and pure-LLM approaches are not trustworthy enough for ranking and decisions.
Solution
We combined deterministic ranking with AI assistance: opportunities are ingested and normalised, scored by transparent rules, and enriched with AI-generated summaries, readiness checks, and explanations. Operators work shortlists through a clear UI with alerts and action packs.
